this show was indeed totally awesome. jackie and jill's annual dance recital is always a guaranteed hit, but man, this year was... ingenious! the theme, "totally awesome" was filled with neon, side ponytails, leggings and incredible music. i wanted to text armi after every act but the scary usher with the flashlight was very intimidating. it opened up with jackie's number to "mickey"... you know, "oh, mickey you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind, hey mickey!" and had a great rendition of scenes from dirty dancing (the best movie ever made, thank you). jill of course was adorable as always and both girls did amazing jobs! congratulations!!!

P.S. My mom got flashed by the flashlight as well. Kind of creepy seeing a grown man running down the aisles flashing a light at you.
actually, jackie, it was FOUR HOURS of geoffery's singing. but the sub-zero air conditioning kept me awake throughout the entire thing. i loved it!!!!
Who's Geoffrey? You have to commend a guy who can sing 80's songs for four hours and not end up in an asylum somewhere (although, maybe he did...?). Jackie & Jill look totally rad!! You guys need to tell me when these shows are! I had a blast at the one I went to, like, a million years ago.
I'm soo bummed that i couldn't catch the show!!!!! I swear, when my kids learn how to sit still, we'll start going again! I can't believe how much make-up the girls are wearing! It's more than what i've worn my whole lifetime! I looked at the pic with you (Bina), jill, and jackie and was like "how cute the girls look...why does bina look so sickly?"
